Description of problem: if to configure midi output and restart application, then no sound, needs to configure midi output again using other port.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. run pianobooster the first time by timidity
2. configure midi output
3. restart
4. no sound.
5. change port and sound is present.
