Description of problem:
Cauldron provides python2-vtk ( python2-vtk-8.1.1-5.mga7.x86_64.rpm )
but not python3 module for vtk.

I have a "pip3 search vtk", and the module  seems to be available also for python3.

The python2 support will end soon ...
