Description of problem: mga7 beta1

mythtv-setup can not set/select second tuner on a single device.

On release 28 you can pick tuner 0 and 1 for a given HDHomeRun1 SiliconDust
dual tuner

On release 30 you can only select the device which defaults to tuner 0.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mythtv-setup
2. pick Capture Cards
3. Note that you can only pick device.

Ok, you double entry same card in Capture Cards and in Input connections
you need to up the Interactions between inputs to be able to use
both SiliconDust tuners.

Resolution: (none) => FIXED
Status: NEW => RESOLVED
