Maybe you can try the update of kde 4.6.5 in updates_testing (see bug 2226 )
Component: Release (media, process) => RPM PackagesSource RPM: (none) => plasma-krunner-powerdevil
Strange, but today I was not able to reproduce that strange behavior. Seems that everything works well. I am sure I have neither updated nor installed anything since then... Still KDE 4.6.3.
How should I update to KDE 4.6.5 - i.e. what package should I select to update in order to automatically install all new dependencies?
Closing as workforme since you're not able to reproduce.
