A newer release, python2-pillow-5.3.0-2.mga7.x86_64.rpm, was pushed Mon 07 Jan 2019 11:30:00 AM CET, less than half a day before you got the error. Please try again (if needed with a different mirror).

Successful issue-less full install today.
Basic Kodi functions work fine.
