Description Thomas Andrews 2019-01-05 18:49:33 CET
Description of problem:

After installing in Vbox from the round 1 Live Plasma beta 2 iso, I noticed that shared folders still were not available. Knowing that guest additions were needed, I checked to see if they were installed.

I found that the guest additions were installed, but the dkms package was not, and that the pre-built kernel modules weren't listed at all.

The lives need to either install the dkms package so that the guest additions modules can be built locally, or the pre-built kernel modules need to be provided.

I have been informed that the kernels now provide the modules by themselves, so I am closing this bug as invalid.

Resolution: (none) => INVALID
