Description of problem: PDF-Shuffler hasn't been updated for years. It has been forked recently and there is a new application PDRArrange: https://www.linuxuprising.com/2018/12/pdfarranger-merge-split-rotate-crop-or.html There have been already some improvements compared to PDF-Shuffler. I suggest to create a package for mageia and to add it to the repository. In the future PDFArranger might replace PDF-Shuffler.
Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes. Also CC'ing the pdfshuffler maintainer, in case he wants to import pdfarranger and obsolete pdfshuffler
