Description of problem:
I have tried to upgrade an old mageia5 to mageia6 using line command; everything was OK but the package doesn't want to be installed:

[root@mageia5_64 alain4]# LC_ALL=C urpmi --replacefiles --auto-update --auto

In fact this bug is the first of 3, the other more recent two being bug 24000 and bug 25320 - although the error is slightly different. Closing this oldest one because the latest bug is now the most relevant.
