Description of problem: The KTimer window has a Help button (rather than menu). This launches a Help Centre window which reports "Failed to complete the task" "The program terminated unexpectly". M7beta3 x64 real h/w under XFCE from SDDM ktimer-18.12.3-1.mga7 The problem is fixed, the Help button opens a corrects KDE Help Centre window - headed "Documentation not Found". Thanks.
