If the above packages depend on one another, the package request can stay in one bug report. If not, they need a separate bug report for each of them. CC'ing the registered FreeCAD maintainer and two committers. Note, kunda 1, that we are a community based Linux distribution, which means that we, the users, make Mageia toghether. Please do consider becoming a Mageia packager to help maintain FreeCAD and the above packages (assuming there are no license or other legal issues with them). You should now (if you desire to do so) be able to add yourself to the candidates list in https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Becoming_a_Mageia_Packager

I am looking at old bugs. Do you still stand by this request? > These are all packages utilized be FreeCAD But clearly not necessarily, since FreeCAD comes without them. None of the product sites mentions FreeCAD. These things are very specialised & sophisticated. Would/do *you* use them? This page tells about Elmer: https://www.csc.fi/web/elmer/elmer FEniCS is *very* esoteric. This page tells about z88: https://en.z88.de/about-z88/

What should we do of this old rpm package demand? No response since about 7 months. Closing it should best.
