Advisory :

Qarte versions before 4.6.0 are no longer compatible with the arte.tv website, therefore most features are now broken in Mageia 6. This updates enable again usage of Qarte.

Verified that no channels are available in qarte,
e.g. "/releases/concerts_fr, HTTP Error 404: Not Found"
Updated the package and obtained a full listing of available titles.  Selected one, modified the download options and downloaded the programme at DVD resolution with subtitles at 5 MB/sec.  The controls all work.

Good for 64-bits.
