Description of problem:
 
tcl-snack is installed in â/usr/lib/tcl8.6, however 
in /usr/lib/tclConfig.sh we have:

TCL_PACKAGE_PATH='/usr/lib/tcl8.5 /usr/share/tcl8.5 /usr/lib/tk8.5 /usr/share/tk8.5 '

which means all the tcl apps that try:
package require snack

will fail to find snack.
