The x86_64 ones makes the package non installable on i586/arm/... but it is bad anyway as we should build things from source

It was a bit difficult to find but the sources seem to be https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community/tree/master/python

Branches for 2019.1.x seem to be named 191.*, with latest one for 2019.1.4 being
https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community/commits/191.8026

The package needs to be rewritten from scratch to build from source instead of precompiled binaries.
