I've installed the latest Skype on my Mageia 6 (x86_64) and it seems to work without problems.

@ Roman

Does this also happen when you create a new user, and use skype as that user?

If so:

Does it also happen when you use a different desktop environment?

I can't repeat bug, after reboot everything goes OK, and skype works. I used KDE when it happened.
