Description of problem:  mga7 dev0

The following is the dangling link: 
/usr/lib/.build-id/c5/9821c2eda72f5cf05222a93f40ad4cc7828913 -> ../../../../usr/lib64/planner/plugins/libpython-plugin.so

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean install using Mageia-Cauldron-netinstall-nonfree-x86_64.iso plus updates.
    with enabled nonfree and tainted media and disable all update selections
2. Pick Custom package install
3. in Package Group Selection screen, set all package groups selected except
   Other Graphical Desktops. In that one select Cinnamon Enlightenment GNOME LXDE LXQt MATE Openbox Plasma Xfce.
   Complete install, reboot
4. click up a terminal
5. /usr/bin/su - root
6. urpmi symlinks
7. apply all updates, then run
8. symlinks -r / | grep dangling

Again, the old bug that involves use of %exclude in %files section.

We should get the real bug fixed instead of 'fixing' every pkg using %exclude.

latest install has fix
