Description of problem:
When you try to request drop your password, e-mail in Russian shows wrong encoding and shows something like that:
Уважаемый (Уважаемая) Baz Baz,
Поступил запрос на изменение пароля к вашей учетной записи Mageia. Если запрос инициирован не Вами, или вы передумали менять пароль, проигнорируйте это сообщение.
Чтобы сбросить ваш пароль, перейдите по указанной ниже ссылке.
