The following is the dangling link: 
/usr/lib/.build-id/6e/1733efec9def35b022fafa87396ac206500bc1 -> ../../../../usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/PIL/_imagingtk.so

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean install using Mageia-Cauldron-netinstall-nonfree-x86_64.iso plus updates.
    with enabled nonfree and tainted media.
2. Pick Custom package install
3. in Package Group Selection screen, set all package groups selected except
   Other Graphical Desktops. In that one select Plasma GNOME IceWM Xfce.
   Complete install, reboot
4. click up a terminal
5. /usr/bin/su - root
6. urpmi symlinks
7. apply all updates, then run
8. symlinks -r / | grep dangling
