Description of problem: mga7 dev0

attempted to install emacs during individual package selection which failed and jumped me back to partition management screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean install of Mageia-Cauldron-netinstall-nonfree-x86_64.iso  created 2018-08-23 21:41:00 -0500
2. Enable all nonfree and tainted media. Un-select update media selections. 
3. Pick Custom package install
4. in Package Group Selection screen, set all package groups selected except
   Other Graphical Desktops. In that one select sddm,gdm,lightdm,xdm
5. Check Individual Package selection.
6. In workstation development section, select emacs.
