Description of problem:
Can you upgrade FreetuxTV 0.5.1 to 0.5.2 because now there is no update for stream channels for 0.5.1 ?

Between FreeTuxTV 0.5.1 and 0.5.2, the FreetuxTV's developper change the backend where channels streams are stored.
He change it from xml file with channels updated manually to xml file generated automatically from data stored in a database.
And these URLs with xml file with channels are not the same between the 2 releases.
Then the user can not update the channels list from online in his FreetuxTV when new channels or fixed URLs for channels are available.
