Description of problem:
eog does not read tiff images anymore
it display a warning message : Could not load image 
Unrecognized image file format

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
eog-3.24.1-1.mga6


How reproducible:
to be sure of tiff format, I start form a gif, and use imagemagick to convert 
to tiff.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get icon.gif image from attached file
2. convert icon.gif icon.tiff
3. file icon.gif icon.tiff
icon.gif:  GIF image data, version 89a, 48 x 48
icon.tiff: TIFF image data, little-endian, direntries=17, height=48, bps=8, compression=LZW, PhotometricIntepretation=RGB Palette, orientation=upper-left, width=48
4. eog icon.tiff

remark : gqview can read this icon.tiff image
