Description of problem:

To update cpupower from 4.17.3-2.mga7 to 4.17.3-1.mga7, it wants to uninstall telepathy-kde-desktop-applets-17.12.2-1.mga7.x86_64 because telepathy-kde-contact-list == 17.12.2 is not satisfaible.  

I don't update kde/qt until the neoclust approves. But for cpupower, I believe there is nothing in relation with telepathy...

I just try other things, everything I want to update ask to removes telepathy.

Old cauldron bug.

cpupower package can be upgraded smoothly on Mageia 8.

Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade to the latest update of their distribution, and if this issue turns out to still be reproducible in the latest update, please reopen this bug with additional information.
