To make a channel scan for DVB devices w_scan is needed. But w_scan is no longer maintained since september 2017. There is a fork called w_scan2 that might be a replacement.

Usually we set the Severity to "Enhancement" for new package requests, but since this request is to replace a no longer maintained package, I'll leave it at "Normal"
