Description of problem: After running pimsettingexporter to restore a kmail configuration and data from mga-5, pimsettingexporter does not recreate the old configuration but a series of cryptic folders and accounts unusable. In addition, it asks questions that could not be answered about IDENTITY_xxxxxxxxxx, displays continuously error messages about login failed. Finally, the desktop becomes invaded by error windows every seconds and unusable. could you tell me how to retrieve my old kmail configuration please ? Mageia 6 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2019-09-30. It is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
