The task-obsolete package has been fixed in order not to obsolete some packages already obsoleted by the Plasma stack, thus fixing upgrade (mga#23037)
The perl-URPM package has been fixed in order to make sure to pick the right packages to upgrade when updating from the KDE4 stack to the Plasma stack (mga#23037).

Confirmed. It's likely due to the very first transaction still running using
the Mageia 5 version of urpm, which hasn't had the updates to properly handle
having multiple versions of a package available during an upgrade. It's cosmetic,
as selecting ok to continue does work.
As this update has already been pushed for Mageia 6, and the report closed,
a new bug report should be opened for the Mageia 5 version of urpmi. Ben, mind
