Description of problem: Qt update from 5.10.1 to 5.11.0 still not finished


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.11.0


While most of the Qt 5.11 packages were built for about a half month ago, qtwebengine5 package is still at version 5.10.1. There are several packages (eg. konqueror) that do not run due to Qt version mismatch and also qtwebengine5 package is a requirement for several (eg. plasma-desktop) packages.

Also python-qt5 package is at version 5.10.1 but not sure if it is part of Qt 5.11 stack...

yes know for qtwebengine, this is a WIP.

python-qt5 is not part of qt5 stack, but a separate source.

it will be updated in a second phase
