gens-gs must be imported from PLF
It is an emulator for Sega CD and 32X. mednafen cannot emulate that.

Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in next stable release

gens-gs is now in Cauldron and will be in Mageia 2. Thanks for your suggestion.
