Installed this on an HP 6550b laptop, i3, 8GB, Intel graphics, Intel wifi, 64-bit Plasma 5.12.2. Updated after updating to test desktop kernel 4.14.38. Packages all installed cleanly. No idea of how to test this other than using the machine, but after running it for over an hour this morning, no issues noted. As far as I can see, it's OK on this hardware.

@TJ: Yes, you are bound to run something which uses mesa. mesa-demos contains things like glxgears and bounce. Other applications are e.g. calibre glmark2 kodi mplayer mpv mutter

I have been running it for 2 weeks with HP 6450b laptop, i5-450M. All ok, including Minecraft for my son ;-)

Does this one warrant a 32-bit test also? If not, it can be validated now.

Although this installation does not get a lot of use, there have been no signs of any regressions, and so I've added the OK
