Steps to Reproduce:
1. script -c "urpmi --downloader wget --wait-lock --replacefiles \
             --auto-update --auto --download-all --test"  pull_updates.log
2. grep signature pull_updates.log

This also shows up in DNF:

Package python2-mako-1.0.7-2.mga7.noarch.rpm is not signed
Package python2-beaker-1.9.1-1.mga7.noarch.rpm is not signed
Error: GPG check FAILED


Reproducer:
1. dnf install python2-mako python2-beaker
