Description Kristoffer Grundström 2018-04-19 03:37:10 CEST
Description of problem: I planned to build and test a local version of libunity and I got as far as to running rpmbuild -ba libunity.spec, it succeeded with the compilation, but then it failed with the make all command.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.1.4

How reproducible: Everytime.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the libunity-7.1.4 archive.
2. Extract it.
3. Run ./configure && make clean && make -jX (change the X to the right number of CPU cores) && make dist-all.
4. Download the attached spec file and run rpmbuild -ba libunity.spec

Do we have the Unity shell? I can't find we do and if we don't: what use is packaging libunity? CC'ing Gnome team for their opinion.

Package requests should always be set to cauldron, btw.

Version: 6 => Cauldron
CC: (none) => gnome, marja11

If you need help building a package (which is how Comment 0 reads) you should use a support channel like #mageia, the forums, or the discuss ml. Unity is dead software, so there's no purpose importing it into Mageia.

Resolution: (none) => INVALID
Status: NEW => RESOLVED
