Description of problem: When creating the first email account using Evolution assistant, it segfault at the end of the procedure. It is impossible to restart evolution after that because it segfault at startup. Tests have been made with Mageia 6 in Virtual Box (Windows 7 Host and Mageia 6 Host) with IMAP+ account and Microsoft Exchange account using evolution-ews package. Evolution crashes each time. Remove all hidden evolution files with (in the home directory) : "find *. -name evolution -exec rm -rf {} +" solves the problem. However each time you try to recreate an account, evolution crashes. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): evolution-3.22.6-2.mga6 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch Evolution for the first name 2. Create an account with Evolution assistant (IMAP+ for example) 3. When Evolution crashes with a segfault, try to relaunch it.

Mageia 6 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2019-09-30. It is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
