Description Frank Griffin 2018-03-06 14:29:53 CET
/usr/bin/systemsettings5 exists and is executable.

Not only is the message uninformative as to why, but the prompt appears to render the panel unresponsive until it is dismissed.

The prompt occurs whether or not anything was changed, and changes applied while the dialog was open appear to "stick" correctly.

Comment 1 Frank Griffin 2018-04-22 19:44:51 CEST
Still happening.
Comment 2 Frank Griffin 2018-11-16 18:18:07 CET
Still happening in current cauldron.
Comment 3 Frank Griffin 2018-11-16 18:26:17 CET
The error message only displays when System Settings is run from the panel icon. /usr/bin/systemsettings5 is the actual executable for System Settings, and when run from the command line no error message appears.
Comment 4 Frank Griffin 2019-02-19 16:40:40 CET
No longer happening in current cauldron.
