Description of problem:

You may add to the spec
"Provides freeglut-devel[==3.7] "

because it provides glut headers and freeglut headers
(in the rpm
- glut.h is a link to freeglut_std.h that are strictly standard glut headers
- freeglut.h is a link to freeglut_std.h and freeglut_ext.h ie extended 
headers which bring more functionalities )

(some programs could never be imported in Mandriva because they needed 
freeglut and not simply glut to be built !....  )

Done, next freeglut devel package(s) provide:
%{name}-devel = %{version}-%{release}
