I had config file /etc/dovecot/conf.d/90-sieve.conf of dovecot-pigeonhole modified, and when last version dovecot-pigeonhole-2.2.29.1-1.2 was updated, all my changes where lost and no rpmnew file appeared.

Looking at src rpm file, it seems that config files of dovecot-pigeonhole rpms are not marked as config files, being overwrited in each update of the package
