Description Claus Bach 2017-12-10 11:55:10 CET
Hello friends ;)

I get the following error message after clicking on
"Add file"

Request entity too large!

The POST method does not allow the data transmitted, or the data volume exceeds the capacity limit.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 413

And the size of the file you're trying to add is?

https://forums.mageia.org/de/viewtopic.php?f=4&p=35143#p35140

The size is (100KB)
The problem generally occurs during the 1st upload.

@Maat: Would be appreciated if you could take a look at this. I got the same error during testing in https://forums.mageia.org/de/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=3225#p35139 - always on the first time when uploading new attachments when submitting them for upload, first try will get above mentioned HTTP 403 "Request entity too large!" and on the second try it would just work.

For reference, german forum max. attachment size is set to 20MB so that's not the problem, and this error does not seem to come from phpbb but either from php.ini limits on the server side or from httpd ...
