Installing subversion-devel install a whole lot of unrelated KDE devel and non-devel packages, because of unfortunate automatic dependencies on QT and KDEcore:

requiring devel(libQtCore(64bit)),devel(libapr-1(64bit)),devel(libaprutil-1(64bit)),devel(libdbus-1(64bit)),devel(libexpat(64bit)),devel(libglib-2.0(64bit)),devel(libgnome-keyring(64bit)),devel(libkdecore(64bit)),devel(libkdeui(64bit)),devel(libpython2.7(64bit)),devel(libruby(64bit)),devel(libserf-0(64bit)),lib64svn-gnome-keyring0[== 2:1.6.17-1.mga2],lib64svn-kwallet0[==2:1.6.17-1.mga2],neon-devel,python-svn[==2:1.6.17],ruby-svn[== 2:1.6.17] for subversion-devel-1.6.17-1.mga2.x86_64

It's fixed locally.
I'm checking the package requiring subversion-devel to see if there's any changes in the BR.
