Description of problem: I have seen that in rpmdrake to look for packages by description it's not possible, today it's only by package name. I believe that it'll be more useful for users to find it also looking for some word in the description of the package. I know that this is difficult because now there isn't a database in the client, but we could discuss a little bit on it. i.e. the debian like distro have apt-cache search <word> and the synaptic UI. urpmf --summary <word> could be the right solution for bash? and rpmdrake UI ? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): all rpmdrake How reproducible: Open rpmdrake and try to look to a package using a word that could be in the description Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open rpmdrake 2. Look for a package using the find feature available 3.
It does exist, albeit not easily found; left-click the small magnifying glass icon in the left side of the search box, and select "in descriptions".
