Hi ! pdfmod does not load all files properly. Furthermore, it does cut, but cut/remaining pages are not displayed right here and there. pdfshuffle does the same job better and is more handy to use. I recommend, pdfmod people reshape their program, otherwise throw it out.

It seems it is no longer maintained... according to the Gnome wiki, last version is over 6 years old: https://wiki.gnome.org/action/show/Apps/PdfMod?action=show&redirect=PdfMod CC'ing the pdfshuffler maintainer (it might be better to let pdfshuffler obsolete pdfmod).
