When installing vlc and lauching it, I get the error message : *This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "wayland"*

It seems to be solved by installing package qtwayland5, maybe it can be added to dependencies ?

Seems like it will affect any other qt-based application so changing the src rpm to "qt".

Source RPM: vlc-3.0.0-0.git.19.mga6.src.rpm => qt

We don't have a SRPM "qt", or is sleepiness blinding me?

I guess I should have assigned to vlc-qt, reassigning.

This message is a reminder that Mageia 6 is end of life.

Mageia stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Mageia 6. At that time this bug will be closed as OLD (EOL).

Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to 
fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later 
Mageia version prior to Mageia 6's end of life.
