(I don't expect it to elegantly switch to wlan when lan gets disconnected, but it shouldn't crash)
Difficult to say. Because the involved system is a spare one on an old laptop, and I have not planed to update it to Mageia 6. I did report this unusual bug because attachments were so easy to provide.

Thanks for replying. I'll close this report as OLD, then, because Mageia 5 is no longer supported. Feel free to reopen it if you find the issue still exists in Mageia 6
