Please open a terminal/konsole

Become root and then issue the following commands:

  rm -f /var/lib/rpm/_*
  rpm --rebuilddb

that should fix it.

Since there are insufficient details provided in this report for us to investigate the issue further, and we have not received feedback to the information we have requested above, we will assume the problem was solved by issuing the commands suggested in comment #1:
