Description of problem: The description of the ffmpegthumbs must be changed.

It is written "Video thumbnail generator for KDE4 file managers" and "is a video thumbnails implementation for KDE4" which can make believe that it is only for KDE4 and not KDE 5.

Because of this description, I have searched a long time how to get videos thumbnails on Dolphin / KDE 5 !

So I think we must know remove any reference to KDE4.

Description seems to be corrected.
