I've made a patch to skip youri-check for some packages and to add aliases for some others. Anne suggested @irc that I should file a bug and attach my patch to the report, so here it is.

The patch makes youri-check to skip checking updates for gnome-js-common from mdv as mdv version is a git snapshot. Stormi also asked if I could add alias enigma -> enigma-freeoxy to my patch. There's also some aliases for gnome packages as our package names differs from upstream names.

I'm not 100% sure about the correct configuration file syntax, but I hope it's correct..

So for the mdv git snapshot, that's discutable. We cannot skip everytime a git snapshot is used, or we would disable fedora :)

Enigma was done.

I will look for the rest.

Pushed as r1907 , except for the gnome-js-common stuff, and sorry for not seeing this earlier :/
