Description of problem: From a forums report, it seems that the classic images (Mageia-6-x86_64-DVD.iso in this case) do not install light-locker, which in results in XFCE not being able to lock the screen. Not sure whether that should be added to either task-xfce-minimal or just in rpmsrate in CAT_XFCE ...

Added light-locker to rpmsrate --> it'll be pulled with Xfce.
