Description of problem:

Hi,
 I am requesting the following library which does not belong to mageia repos yet:

CCfits : it's a c++ port of the cfitsio library

A rpm exist for fedora.

Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in next stable release
