Description of problem: The list of selected repositories with dnf and dnfdragora are not sync Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): dnf-2.5.1-2.mga6, dnfdragora-1.0.1-2.mga6 How reproducible: Each time dnfdragora → Repositories is changed. Steps to Reproduce: 1. On dnfdragora → Repositories, check e.g. mageia-x86_64-nonfree 2. Run 'dnf repolist all' 3. See the line ("désactivé" meaning "disabled"): mageia-x86_64-tainted Mageia 6 - x86_64 - Tainted désactivé

I think i understood this right now :) same as https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21453 The reason is that enabling/disabling repositories from dnfdragora is not permanent, it is just an option valid for the time dnfdragora is open, something like "temporary enable/disable repository", I haven't found api to manage that in a permanent way.
