Closing, as I doubt any Mageia contributor will want to debug a bug report in full caps and with absolutely no details about the issue, even though asked for in another bug report: bug 21318.

I think that the issue of full capital letters...is the issue! I have reported the problem without acusing any distributor. The only thing that i believe is serious is the installation's bug. Have a nice day
