Description of problem: python-igraph is a requirement for building Tribler so if someone would be able to build it and add it to Cauldron A.S.A.P I'd be so happy.

I tried to build it locally, but aclocal is to old for the compilation to work.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

This is a duplicate of bug 13430, but I'll close that one because Kristoffer added a spec file proposal to this one.

igraph-0.7.1 was uploaded to the cauldron repositories. Note that there were quite a few changes and corrections to the .spec and i added a patch to fix format error problem.
