Hi Alexey,

Maybe it is fixed in systemd-230-11.mga6 too, the version that we have in cauldron and that will, most likely, be in Mageia 6 when it gets released, which should be soonish.

Assigning this backport request to our base system maintainers and CC'ing our systemd maintainer.

But if the relevant fixes can be backported to 217 without causing breakage it could be fixed that way...
Comment 4 Alexey Nedobezhkin 2017-06-24 16:28:48 CEST
Version systemd-230-11.mga6 of Mageia6 have already been fixed. The problem is that I have no right to update the release on the production server immediately after its release.

That's why I asked for an updated version of systemd in Mageia5

do you know what the exact fixes in upstream 219 is ?
Comment 6 Alexey Nedobezhkin 2017-06-26 11:53:55 CEST
What changes have been made to solve this problem, I don't know. I read carefully specified earlier bug report - the issue was found release 219. In the discussion wrote that after the release of the 219 had a lot fixed, and the current version, the problem does not occur. That is, it is unknown what the release problem was fixed. In the change logs found no mention of the fix for this issue. Apparently it fixed along with some other error. So I can say only that the release 230 of Mageia 6 everything works as it should.

Hi Alexey,

Thank you for having taken the needed time to report this issue!

We regret if this issue didn't get fixed in Mageia 5.

Mageia 5 has officially reached its End of Life on December 31st, 2017 https://blog.mageia.org/en/2017/11/07/mageia-5-eol-postponed/
It continued to get limited extended support since then, but that support has now ended, too.

Closing as OLD.
