Description of problem: chrony requires timepps.h to compile itself with the pps api. I had requested this a few years ago but nothing has happened, and am now reminding Mageia of the desirability of including this. https://www.rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/fedora/devel/rawhide/i386/p/pps-tools-0-0.13.20120407git0deb9c.fc26.i686.html The inclusion of this package allows chrony to use PPS which gives clock accuracy of 10s of nanoseconds rather than 10s of milliseconds. (My previous request for this has fallen off the bugs tree.)
OOps just found the old one bug 15790. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 15790 ***
