Description of problem:
A user trying out Mageia 6 asked in the #mageia IRC channel for a
replacement to krecipes, since it was dropped for Mageia 6 due to it
being a KDE 4 "extragear" application.

I wanted to suggest GNOME Recipes as an alternative (since it was a
headline feature of GNOME 3.24, which we're shipping), but it looked
like we didn't have it packaged.

Can this please get packaged and introduced into the Mageia repositories?

Seems someone packaged it for Mageia 7.1. Seems good enough.
